Or you can just show up to practice. Practice is held every sunday at 1pm (unless otherwise specified on these forums) at the park in the middle of the round-a-bout on King's Grant Rd. Closest GPS address (or google maps works too) is Kingston Elementary School at 3532 King's Grant Rd. Virginia Beach, VA 23452.
